This bulletin replaces the 090 m bulletin. I guess that somehow 090 M wasn’t in my old batch of saved up bulletins that I shipped off to Kurt for scanning. We all owe Kurt a debt of gratitude for his hard work in scanning hundreds of documents for this website.
